We are a small friendly team based in Malvern with an exciting opportunity for a full-time Office Manager to join us. This is a busy and varied role with responsibilities across several areas.
This role will be a pivotal part of the administration team and report to the Directors.
You will be responsible for all day-to-day financial administration, business administration, HR and resolving queries.
You will oversee the finance function including sales invoicing, arrange supplier payments, and prepare month end including reconciliations & reports.
The duties are varied, and there is a real opportunity for someone to make this role their own and improve (modernise/digitise) the current office systems and processes.
